Trainer Sergey shows his trainee Anna how to perform special exercises

Today’s Special Exercises set features the debut of slim brunette girl Anna S., who is working out nude with the trainer Sergey. This is the second set for Sergey after his own debut, so let’s see how these two will act.

The nude training takes place outdoors, I can see bushes and trees around. To one of these trees the young brunette trainee is tied up with one of the legs. The girl stands horizontally on her hands and other leg and tries to stand up. Anna is totally nude, there is yellow spread on the ground and the volleyball. Anna takes the ball and puts it on her young pussy.

Suddenly the trainer Sergey appears in front of the camera. He holds some blue elastic bar (it will be a part of further nude special exercises, I guess). Sergey wears the sunglasses, just like during the previous outdoor nude workout. Probably, he tries to stay anonymous, who knows.

Sergey touches Anna with his blue bar and helps girl with the moves. The trainee’s task is to stand on hands, keeping her body horizontally and ass shouldn’t touch the ground. This is static exercise and it’s quite difficult to perform, when it’s done for a long time.

Then, Sergey removes the rope from the girl’s leg and orders her to stand up. Sergey gives her nude trainee the expander. The girl holds an end of expander with the legs and pulls it with the hands. Sergey stands around and uses his blue bar to dominate the girl during this special exercises workout.

The next phase of special exercises nude workout is more classic nude sports style. Anna does some hands stretching exercises, she also lifts her legs to another hand. Her male trainer shows how to perform the moves. Then, dark-haired Anna lies down on the yellow spread and does the legs lifts exercises.

Then, Sergey takes the hoop and orders the girl to lift up the leg. He makes the girl to hold the hoop with her toe. Then, Sergey orders Anna to stand on her knees. She’s posing with her ass in front of camera. The trainer sits on her back and spanks the girl with the blue bar. Then, Sergey tells Anna to lift the leg up and he puts another hoop on the lifted leg.
