Trainer Natalie works out with two nude trainees
The most experienced special exercises trainer Natalie has already worked out with Jess during her debut at Special Exercises as a trainer and with Elina during the tough special exercises workout at home. Today’s workout combines these two different trainees and Natalie expects great action. She has plan written down in her notebook.
Natalie checks her records before the girls come in. The nude workout takes place at Natalie’s room as usual. This room is like the small gym, very convenient thing.
The girls start with the warm-up including the hands and legs stretching exercises. At this time the trainees weren’t nude, but Natalie quickly changes this and tells Jess to undress. Jess takes off the shirt and her bra. The next girl to disrobe is Elina. She can’t argue Natalie and takes off the shirt and bra quickly.
The trainee girls do some jumps. Unfortunately, they don’t have too big tits, so we can’t see the jumping tits exercise as it’s best. Natalie doesn’t keep the girls’ panties on for too long and very soon the girls are totally nude during their workout.
The girls do the legs lifts and the camera shoots them from the back, giving us great ass shots. Then the girls sit down on the floor and spreads the legs, handing each other hands. Natalie is sitting near and watching. The girls got all sweaty.
The next exercise Natalie orders the girls to perform is toes touches. There is sofa in the room and Natalie makes the girl to do the hand standing using the sofa as support.
Natalie got surprise for the girls - she has two training collars and guess on whom necks these collars are put on? The exercise is called the walking and Elina & Jess are walking on their knees around their strict trainer. The girls look not very happy with it but they don’t resist.
Short bondage game is over and the girls stand up and do the side bends, Natalie shows how to perform it correctly. The girls do more jumps and some squats. Looks like Natalie isn’t very happy with the girls’ performance and she decides to punish them again with the walking game. Now she rides one of the girls (it’s Elina). The girls stand up again, but Jess doesn’t wear the collar, Elina does! Natalie puts her training efforts on Elina, which is very tired and exhausted.
Natalie wouldn’t be herself without her nudist habbits - at the very end of the nude workout, Natalie takes off her cloth (besides panties) and shows her trainees some class of hand standing exercise. The girls leave the room finally and we find Natalie sitting on her table and thinking about her next program of nude exercises with her trainees.
