The video of two trainees doing special exercises with tied hands
I have recently presented to you the video where Julia and Natalie had their nude workout with tied hands under a guidance of trainer Sofy.
Today we have free sample for this video. The video was reduced in quality and size.
On this sample video, the trainee girls get undressed by strict trainer Sofy, who starts very aggressively. Then, girls do some chest and hands stretching exercises nude.
We see how the girls perform the back bends standing on the floor. Then they lie down and do the crunches, while Sofy pushes both of them down on the ground. The trainees also do the squats.
