Today Anastasia’s trainee is a shy busty girl Camila. At first moments, she’s too timid to show her breast. Although Anastasia uses all her experience to persuade the girl to start nude workout. The first part of this workout includes the strengthening exercises: sit ups, back side crunches and exhausting pushups. Then trainer switches to stretching exercises: legs lifting, bridges and standing hamstring stretches. Besides, Anastasia uses rope which she’s attaching to the leg of her busty trainee and some of the leg lifts and stretches are done with the additional resistance. There is also on of my favorite exercises - jumping, which turns into jumping tits action in the case of the busty trainee. The final part of the workout consists of dancing elements. The synchronization of the moves by the girls looks excellent.
