Blonde Catrin got tough workout
If you will see the first seconds of this movie and then fast forward to the last seconds - you will see the major difference. Yes, the girl Catrin at the beginning of the show is dressed and undressed at the end, but it’s not what makes the difference. What is it? The mood! Catrin’s smile is very nice thing. But what is the reason for her despair at the end? No wonder - it’s Anastasia - her trainer. The workout starts very quietly - Catrin performs some legs stretching exercises, however, the things change rapidly when Anastasia takes Catrin’s training dress off. Catrin is now frightened and Anastasia feels it and gives her some tough lessons. One of them is pullups. When Catrin can’t pull up in normal way, Anastasia uses rope to tie the wrists to the bar and makes the trainee pull up for a few more times! Ask any sporstman and you will hear “No pain - no gain“. After releasing the rope from the wrists the workout doesn’t end. Catrin does some on-the-floor exercises, jumps and legs lifts. Now, look at Catrin’s face and feel the difference!
