A nude yoga adept trying to reach nirvana

What is yoga - sports, lifestyle or religion? You’ve bent your body into the crazy positions together with lovely nude yoga beginners and professionals in Indian naked gymnastics - what is your opinion? As my question is not the simplest one, let’s do some yogic drills together with today’s debutante Anna D. to feel out all sides of this meditative nude gymnastics!

Svelte yoga newcomer. Although flexible babe Anna is a novice on the blog (and in the nudesport community), she looks well-trained in naked gymnastics. Her motions are so confident and proper, as if this bendy babe has been working out for several years long. As for Anna’s female magnetism, she needs some workups before the cams to become a real young nude yoga queen.

Non-nude and nude. Yellow stretchy shorts and a stripy black and white tank top Anna has put on, make her look sporty and lovely. The set of in-clothes yoga exercises includes the camel, the deep forward bend and the hamstring-buttocks bridge asanas. Then Anna gets totally naked and…performs the rest of her debuting yoga set!

Hot yoga backbends. The nude gymnast has performed many yoga postures one after another and lots of them are those naked exercises where she bends her back actively. So, Anna does several variants of the bridge, the cat-cow, the seated deep forward bend and some other nude yoga asanas.

Balancing and stretching. As Indian naked gymnastics includes not only a complex of backbends but also lots of such exercises to train up the balance skill and stretchiness, so Anna performs the leg stretches, lying on the back and spreading her legs wide, and the knelt mermaid stretch. Plus, the babe does the high plank and the plow asanas.

Standing naked exercises. Though Anna’s has demonstrated her stretching, balancing and backbending nude yoga skills, this flexible girl would like also to reveal her talent in standing yogic posturizing. So, the naked yoga adept has done the one-legged, the tree and the downward facing dog exercises.

As for me, this girl has demonstrated us how beautiful, relaxing and divine nude yoga asanas can be if performed with pleasure. So what? Sports, religion or lifestyle?
