Two nude sports girls do the crunches, interlocking their hands. Then each of today’s trainees takes a couple of dumbbells and starts lifting weight, pumping up their biceps. Anastasia is shouting at them, being not impressed with their skills.
The trainees continue exercising with dumbbells, raising their arms synchronically and trying to hit Anastasia’s fancy. Then Oksana and Julia have to start doing step-aerobics, mixing the arm lifting and leg pumping.
